The project is divided into work packages, each having a discrete function within the overall project. Project's achievements and results are presented in a set of deliverables to be submitted to the EC every six months, at the scheduled progress monitoring deadlines. Deliverables include reports, software and hardware tools, documentation related to the dissemination and management of the project.

Work packages are distributed over the three years that the TILDE project is expected to last. The first half of the project mainly focuses on the development of the tools that make up the TILDE technology.

These include: the TILDE Decision Support Tool, the Best Practice Database, the Water Web Portal, field instrumentation (TILDE units), and econometric and benchmarking tools. Halfway through the project, these technologies will be assembled into the TILDE Integrated Tool, ready to be tested at the 4 pilot sites. The second half of the project will concentrate on validating TILDE technologies based on the different conditions of the four pilot areas.

This work is aimed at standardising the TILDE Integrated Tool and validate it for a wide range of situations. Continuous activity of dissemination and management will be carried out throughout the project.
