Work Package 1 - User and Systems requirements
The aim of Work Package 1 is to identify and define the short, medium and long term needs of water supply utility companies. Within the work package, user requirements have been collected through direct interviews, through focused group meetings organised by consortium partners, and by seeking details of the practices and needs of other water supply organisations across Europe.

The information gathered by this exercise is collated into Deliverable D2 "Collation of End User and System Requirements". A Europe-wide view of the practices may be derived from this information.

Within Deliverable D4 "System Functional and Technical Specifications Handbook", user and system requirements are analysed. The analysis is a means of realising the functions of the TILDE Decision Support Tool.
