Work Package 3 - Analysis of available tools and technology

The aim of this work package is to introduce benchmarking as a method in leakage management and to provide econometric and benchmarking tools to utilities.

The integration of those tools, in the decision process, is important in order to measure performance, determine costs and benefits of different leakage control options and set targets.

A common, well defined set of performance indicators will be established to compare performance amongst utilities and within the same one. Deliverables D20 and D21 include the benchmarking and econometric tools to be integrated into the TILDE technology.
