Work Package 9 - Project Management

This WP ensures the harmonious progress of the project, thus generating sufficient momentum for the smooth performance of activities. A Project Steering Committee has been appointed to monitor and supervise the progress of the project.

The Coordinator is responsible for communication with the EC and amongst partners and ensuring that contractual obligations are respected. The strategy for project exploitation will also be outlined under this WP.
